One thing that’s been inspiring me recently is simplicity. I feel like health gets overcomplicated so quickly and, as with many facets of life, it’s easy to become obsessed with adding more rather than focusing on less.
The truth is that real health is uncomplicated — it’s not found in the hottest new supplement or workout, rather in food in it’s simplest form and movement that truly brings you joy. This week’s meal plan is a reflection of that — simple flavors from the earth, prepared with love. I hope you enjoy!
