Happy Sunday! This week’s meal plan is super simple — you can prep almost 100% of the meals ahead of time to make for easy food throughout the week. I ate it last week and felt so incredible by Wednesday (after a long holiday weekend full of very fun indulgence).
A question I get a lot about the animal-based diet is, “Why no fiber?” — I think this question is a little misguided as the AB diet actually includes a lot of fiber in the form of fruit and fermented vegetables. If you’re feeling like your digestion is slow or you just want an extra fibrous boost, I recommend adding in more of each and supplementing with some additional vegetables as well!
