Hellllo party people!
After a lot of really great feedback from subscribers, I’ve decided to keep the ball rolling with the weekly style of Feel Well in 30.
We’ll drop the stricter rules from our recent reset, but keep the specific outline of the grocery list, meal prep guides, and meal plans. I’m excited about this as I think it will be a quick and easy resource for everyone to get inspo for the week ahead, eat *a lot* of high-quality protein, and reach their goals.
