Hi Everyone!
Welcome to the first-ever edition of Friday five; a quick and dirty weekly rundown of five things I’m currently obsessing over. As many of you know, I’m a resource junkie at heart — I love sharing (and receiving!) recommendations for new products, playlists, podcasts, meditations, books, etc.
I hope this serves as a fun resource for you — please please please feel free to share what you’re obsessing over in the comments. I would be thrilled to get some inspo from your very own Friday Five!
LOVE YOU ALL and THANK YOU for your support.. it means so much to me.
xx Anna
I almost always go for the Branch Basics laundry detergent (code ANNA10 at checkout for a discount), but LOVE this one for when I need something scented (sweaty workout clothes, usually). It’s not perfect due to the added fragrance, but it has a B on the EWG website, which is much better than Tide (they get an F in every category). The scent is also amazing — like spicy Santal energy. I love it!
Many of you know that I live and die by my Stanley (I even lead tested her during the lead craze because I couldn’t believe it.. it was negative btw). But sometimes I don’t want to lug around a massive bottle, so this is a great alternative. It’s glass and also has a lid with a straw for easy consumption. Perfect vessel for Nature’s Gatorade!
I have probably listened to this podcast all the way through upwards of 10 times. It’s such a practical approach to relationships — why they fail, how to make them work, what questions to ask before getting married, to prenup vs not to prenup, etc. — I love it!
I absolutely love to dry brush — I do it every morning after my yoga class and before my shower, but also love doing it before/during an infrared sauna. I always brush towards my heart (up my limbs) and down my torso (avoid the boobs — we don’t need to push the girls down). It’s incredible for lymphatic stimulation and detoxification!
I was team no air fryer until I recently found this one and I now understand the hype. I am obsessed with it! It’s stainless steel and doesn’t contain any teflon (the forever chemical that is included in every air fryer I’ve seen and a lot of cookware in general), and it truly makes the best food. It also has a steam and toaster setting (which I was also skeptical of) and I have been super impressed by it. Just saw that it’s on sale too — run don’t walk!
