Happy week two! Today is actually my 29th birthday (!!!) and I just wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for all your support. This Substack community has been one of my biggest blessings over the course of the last year and I genuinely feel so lucky that you’re all following along. Receiving DMs on a weekly basis about how much these meal plans have positively impacted your health has been nothing short of humbling. Thank you all for being here!
Hopefully you all are feeling absolutely amazing. We went out to dinner last night to celebrate my birthday and had some delicious steaks, seafood, etc. I kept animal-based by focusing on protein and forgoing most of the sides (painful to not have a bite of the lobster mac-n-cheese but I’m feeling much better this AM as a result). I’ve found eating out to be tremendously more simple on AB30 because it removes the decision fatigue and keeps me focused on what makes me feel my best. It’s honestly pretty empowering!
